A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Gambill is a North Carolina native who resides in Cary. He is a North Carolina state licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker.
In addition to his many years of providing quality brokerage services, Mr. Gambill was an active commercial real estate appraiser for 40 years. He's been active in sales and leasing of land, office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities and investment properties. Mr. Gambill has been affiliated with Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate since 1984 and has been active in real estate since 1972.
