Meet the Team

Bert Woodall and Kirk West, the owners of West and Woodall Property Management, have a combined 35 years of brokerage experience. The commercial property management branch of West and Woodall currently includes eight full-time team members, including:

  • Chris Hawkes, the president of West and Woodall Property Management, is a licensed broker and has worked in the real estate industry in Durham for over fifteen years.

  • Matthew Morton, our commercial property manager is a licensed broker and REALTOR® who also works with Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate.

  • Stephanie Pierce, our leasing manager, is a licensed broker and REALTOR®.

  • Maureen Schell is a broker with over twenty years of property management experience.

  • Steve Doriocourt manages a portfolio that is comprised largely of residential properties in Wake County and commercial properties in Durham County.

  • Tyler Sciortino is a property manager with a portfolio that includes multiple apartment complexes in Durham and single-family properties.
