Will Yeager
Will Yeager excels in helping clients sell large land tracts in Central and Western North Carolina. He combines conservation, community engagement, and market insight to meet and exceed financial objectives without compromising a property's unique value.
Raised on a farm near Chapel Hill, Will's love for nature and service led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Experiential Education from Appalachian State University and two Master's degrees in City and Regional Planning and Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. His education and experience provide a deep understanding of real estate development, government processes, and market valuation.
Will's diverse career includes roles as a real estate broker, project manager, and VP at a private development company, where he built waterfront neighborhoods in challenging terrains. His extensive network across the Southeast benefits his clients. He also spent summers as a trail crew foreman, gaining insights into land management and development.
Now based in the Triad, Will leverages his skills as a licensed general contractor to connect sellers with buyers, offering a comprehensive, client-centered approach. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Philmont Staff Association. Outside of work, Will enjoys outdoor activities and family time.
Brad Gregory
Brad Gregory has lived in the Triad area for over years. He’s been in the real estate business since 1989 and has been ranked in the top 3% of REALTORs in his area for 12 consecutive years. Brad has extensive knowledge in development, commercial brokerage, historic property preservation and tax credits, and land assemblage.
Emilee Collins, CCIM
Emilee Collins, CCIM brings a robust professional background in real estate, banking, investments, retail, and mortgage lending, which has laid a strong foundation for her career in commercial real estate. Focusing on projects in the I-85 corridor spanning the Triangle and Triad regions, Emilee brings a multifaceted skill set to serve her clients who are sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
Mark O'Neal, CCIM
A native of Durham, Mark graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Economics and an MBA degree from Wake Forest University. He earned his CCIM Commercial Brokerage designation in 1991. Mark has served as president of the Durham-Chapel Hill Commercial Listing Service as well as President of the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Exchange.
He has been a broker and developer with Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate since 1992. Mark has served over 20 years on the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce Board, and was twice president. In addition, he served eight years on the Orange County Advisory Board for Economic Development.
Mark has historically concentrated on land brokerage and development with a focus on commercial brokerage in the Hillsborough and I-85 corridor.
Anna Jenkins
A native of Durham and Salisbury North Carolina, Anna is a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh. She began her real estate career in 2006 in New York City, later concentrating on new development marketing and leasing for residential developers. Working within the New Development Marketing division of an NYC brokerage company, she oversaw the initial lease up for new construction buildings. She is an active member of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors and Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. Anna lives in Downtown Durham and enjoys being active and trips to the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
Mark Micol
A native of Valdese, North Carolina and a graduate of Appalachian State University, Mark Micol began his real estate career in 1983 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Affiliated with Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate since 1987, Markl is active in leasing and/or sale of office space and land brokerage.
Jerry Gambill
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jerry Gambill is a North Carolina native who resides in Cary. He is a North Carolina state licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker.
In addition to his many years of providing quality brokerage services, Mr. Gambill was an active commercial real estate appraiser for 40 years. He's been active in sales and leasing of land, office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities and investment properties. Mr. Gambill has been affiliated with Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate since 1984 and has been active in real estate since 1972.
Vernon Averett, CCIM
A native of Oxford, North Carolina, Mr. Averett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He began his real estate career in 1970 and in 1989 he received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Averett helped found and was the first president of the Durham-Chapel Hill Commercial Listing Service in 1986.
