A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Sprouse began his real estate career in 1972. He is a North Carolina state licensed General Appraiser.
Mr. Sprouse served as president of the Durham Association of Realtors in 1991 and as president of the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 1994.
