Anna is a seasoned commercial real estate broker dedicated to helping business owners and investors in the Durham and Chapel Hill areas realize their goals. Her extensive knowledge of and experience with retail, land, office, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout the Triangle make her an important and valuable partner for all of her clients.
A native of Durham and Salisbury, Anna is a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh. She began her real estate career in 2006 in New York City, later concentrating on new development marketing and leasing for residential developers. Since returning to the Triangle, Anna has put her professional expertise, knowledge of the area, and passion for market analysis and research to work as she navigates each sale, purchase, or lease.
Her proactive and diligent approach help to set her apart in the industry, and she prides herself on being adaptive, thorough, and open and honest with clients. All of these traits, coupled with her ability to engage with people from all backgrounds, are what make her an integral member of the Pickett Sprouse team.
Anna is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She lives in North Durham and enjoys being connected to the Durham community.
