A deal facilitated by Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate brokers Emilee Collins, CCIM and Mark O’Neal, CCIM is being recognized for CoStar’s Power Broker Award. Collins and O’Neal assisted STIHL Inc. (DBA MID-ATLANTIC STIHL) with locating and leasing space in Mebane’s Buckhorn Industrial Park for its growth and regional expansion. The maker of outdoor power equipment and related products is leasing a 265,200-square-foot building on a 27.8-acre industrial lot at 6485 Buckhorn Industrial Parkway.
The transaction is being recognized by CoStar for the Orange County submarket in the third quarter. CoStar is the premiere platform for commercial real estate information, analytics and news.
The Power Broker Award acknowledges the top deals in each market every quarter, based on price and square footage.

The property that Mid-Atlantic STIHL is leasing is owned by Buckhorn Industrial III LLC., and Al. Neyer is the partner developer and builder for the Buckhorn Industrial Park. Brokers Larry Lakins, SIOR; Hunter Willard, SIOR; and Andrew Young with Colliers represented Buckhorn Industrial III LLC in the transaction.
