Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that it recently assisted DSSOLVR with opening its first Triangle taproom. The popular Asheville brewery is leasing 2,552 square feet of space at 630 Rigsbee Avenue in Durham. It’s located on the ground floor of the Atlas Building, which is a mixed-use property featuring apartments and retail space.
Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate Broker Tyler Huntington represented DSSOLVR owners Vince Tursi and Mike Semenec in the lease.
“The Central Park district of Durham is booming,” said Huntington. “Having a well-respected brewery like DSSOLVR represented in an area quickly becoming a hub for craft beer is a fantastic addition.”
The brewery opened its doors in Durham in September and serves everything from lagers, English ales, and IPA to wood-fermented funky/wild biers, and much more.
The term for the lease is 10 years. Broker John Burleson with CBRE represented Atlas owner Collett Capital in the transaction.
