Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that Broker Vernon Averett, CCIM has been recognized in the Q2 2025 CoStar Powerbroker Quarterly Deals Awards for his role in two high-profile transactions in the Raleigh/Durham market.
Vernon served as the landlord representative in one of the quarter’s Top Retail Leasing Deals for his work in securing a 14,152-square-foot, 10-year lease with Durham Wellness and Fitness at 2315 Sparger Road in Durham. He also represented the buyer in one of the Top Sales Deals of the quarter, a $5.9 million transaction involving a general retail property at 6129 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh.
