Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate Broker Emilee Collins, CCIM is being honored by The News of Orange County as the Best Commercial Real Estate Agent in Alamance and Orange Counties. The recognition is part of the 2024 News of Orange County Best of the Best awards.
Emilee and the winners in other categories were nominated and then voted on by the community throughout the month of February.
“Emilee’s leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to her clients are what make her such an integral part of the Pickett Sprouse team,” said Bert Woodall, Pickett Sprouse Broker and Co-Owner. “We offer her our sincerest congratulations on receiving this well-deserved award and appreciate the community for recognizing what an asset Emilee is for Orange and Alamance counties.”
Emilee joined Pickett Sprouse in 2020 so that she could learn the commercial real estate market in Orange County from Broker Mark O’Neal, CCIM. When Mark stepped back from his lead role with Pickett Sprouse’s Hillsborough presence in fall 2023, Emilee transitioned to lead broker for the company in that submarket and assumed all of the day-to-day responsibilities with their joint client base.
Emilee earned her CCIM designation in Fall 2022 – only 2.5 years into her career as a commercial real estate broker. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member, and the designation is considered to be the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Emilee has also completed her course work and volume requirements to get her Member Associate designation with the Society of Office & Industrial REALTORS®.
