Leading commercial landscaping provider Yardnique is expanding its Triangle footprint with a new operations center in Durham. The Morrisville-based company recently secured a lease for a property on Camden Avenue that will serve as a consolidated base for its Durham operations. Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate Broker Anna Jenkins represented Yardnique in the lease.
Yardnique operates in five states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. The company provides full-service commercial landscaping for non-residential properties under the Yardnique, Landmark, Naturescapes, Phoenix, NativeGreen, and Creative brands.
The new facility provides Yardnique with expanded office space and increased operational yard capacity, allowing the company to better serve its growing client base throughout the Triangle region. The Durham branch, slated to open June 1st, will operate under both the Yardnique and Landmark brands.
“This location’s proximity to I-85 and 885 offers Yardnique exceptional access to major thoroughfares for their service teams,” said Anna Jenkins of Pickett Sprouse. “The combination of office space and functional yard area perfectly matches their operational needs, providing room for their crews to dispatch from a convenient, accessible location.”
Barrett Hines, Regional Manager for Yardnique, emphasized the importance of this expansion. “The new Durham branch allows us to increase our capacity while consolidating our crews into a more strategic location,” said Hines. “It affords us office space which we didn’t have before and more functional operational space, helping us better serve our commercial clients throughout the region.”
The new Durham location will join two other operationally focused branches already serving the Triangle market. The property will undergo minor modifications before operations begin in June.
